Amaya de Toledo has been a regular contributor to AD (Architectural Digest) Spain since it first opened in Madrid. Her work  has been published in the best international  leading décor, design and fashion magazines.  She also contributes frecuently in advertising campaigns for international firms . As an interior designer she has created an interior design studio called Temperantia Studio where she designs public spaces as well a private residences.

She feels she owes her creative outlook and professional achievements to her relentless studies and ample career in the world of visual arts, that give her ideas a deep cultural as well as intuitive base.

Amaya graduated at the Complutense University of Madrid in Art History, and completed her studies in London, where she studied a postgraduate at Sotheby’s, in Post-war contemporary Art, and Paris, where she studied French Literature at Université de la Sorbonne.
She first worked in New York, at Christie’s departament of Contemporary Art and at Sotheby’s Auction House, in the department of photography. She also worked at the Enmerich Andrée Gallery in New York.
